In 2001, after devoting over 15 years of volunteer service as an event planner to the community, the business of Events Extraordinaire was begun. 

We have worked steadily, building wonderful working relationships with other event and wedding specialists, and have made special friendships with our couples and their families. 

Our business has grown, and has moved from being primarily a wedding coordinating business to now include corporate events such as company picnics and holiday parties, as well as planning celebrations for special occasions. We are a small, family run business, but our professionalism and attention to detail is beyond measure, and we are certain you will be extremely happy with the service we provide.  We will assist you with your special event planning needs, and can help with as little, or as much as you need.

After living in the area for over 30 years, we are very familiar with services and locations available in the Tuolumne and Calaveras County communities, including Sonora, Jamestown, Columbia, Angels Camp, Tuolumne, Twain Harte, Pinecrest, Murphys and Copperopolis.  Additionally, we have wonderful working relationships with other special occasion and wedding service vendors. We are your Tuolumne and Calaveras Counties wedding and special event specialists. 


Our team at Events Extraordinaire are designers, as well as coordinators. Close attention to detail on both design and the flow of the event will ensure your day is perfect.

Events Extraordinaire also specializes in creating a memorable day while being gentle on the environment.  We are happy to assist you in making your event more environmentally friendly with small touches to your planning.
